Windows2003 Automated / Unattended Backup

I am having great difficulties in setting up a scheduled unattended back up
using Windows 2003 Back up utility.

Does anyone know of any how-to's to follow to create a back up that does not
require some sort of user intervention.

I have been able to schedule the daily back ups, however, the server
continous to prompt for either Erasing the data on the tape, or a prompt
that asks if it is ok to over write the data on the tape. I cannot figure
out how to automatically do this.

Any help is appreciated.
Thanks

Tip 2265 in the 'Tips & Tricks' at http://www.jsiinc.com work just
fine on my Windows Server 2003 computers.
