Downloaded and installed as recommended, although we probably didn't need
it. Now Office 2000 applications are freezing, crashing and documents are
opening so slowly they appear to be hanging. Can it easily be uninstalled?

SP3, BTW. We don't have ACAD 2004 yet, but we might, and I want to avoid any
probles. Could the problems I mentioned be caused by the lack of SP4?
