The problem I was having with no sound was solved after many tries by tech's
in foreign countries taking over my computer by remote.
My new problem is that suddenly my screen will go blank, white screen with
no bottom tray, no where to click anything. I have had to turn it off with
the off/on button or if I leave it long enough my incredimail will notify me
I have mail and I can right click on it and my mail screen and my tray at the
bottom of the screen will also come on. In the tray it will say, with the big
blue "e, Blank Page-Windows" I can right click it and close. But I want to
know what the heck that is, and why it just happens for no apparent
reason...........help........anyone.
