Windows XP wont shutdown

My HP Notebood ZE1210 running XP wont shutdown windows completely.
It hangs at the exit screen and doesn't power off the system.
Anyone know how to fix this? I have tried regedit and adjusting values
in shutdown but still no fix...

Thanks to anyone that can solve this one!
