Windows XP welcome screen

hi,
i installed vista inspirat pack in my system 1 month
ago.......after some days i was not satisfied with it and i
uninstalled it.....but there arose a problem....when vista inspirat
was installed vista inspirat replaced its own welcome screen with the
windows xp default welcome screen......but even after uninstalling
vista inspirat the welcome screen remains the same.....so how can i
get back my windows default welcome screen????any suggestions????
