HOW DO I REMOVE NANINF FILE CURRENTLY IN AVG VIRUS VAULT,
STILL GETTING WARNINGS FROM AVG?

Try this:

Open AVG and go to Program>AVG Virus Vault. Highlight the appropriate entry
and click on the Delete icon.
