Windows Xp Upgrade HELP

I am attempting to upgrade to Windows XP Professional from
Windows 2000 Pro, however, The setup halts when it is
trying to find a file called, "viaide.sys"....I cannot
find this file on the CD nor on my existing system. If I
cancel out, the system will reboot itself and attempt the
process all over again.....anybody have any info on
this???? Thanks
