Help... Please.

I have a Toshiba Satellite laptop that was working fine until I tried
logging on today. I am running Windows XP Home Edition that came
preinstalled. I have thee accounts setup. 2 limited 1 administrator.

I can start the computer, boot up, starts windows xp. I get to the
options of which account to logon to. If I select either of the limited
accounts I can logon fine. If I try my administrator accounts, it starts the
process and then keeps flashing the blue screen, over and over. It never
seems to be able to get past the loading of my personal settings and the hard
drive looks like it is constantly active.

I am at a loss of what to do, can anyone help. Thank You, Diane

Try F8: After you turn on the PC keep tapping F8 key, then you will see a list of
boot options which is displayed on the screen. Select the top of the list being
"Safe Mode". If it successfully boots up in Safe Mode then reboot(Start->Turn
Off Computer -> Reboot).
