Windows XP Standby Problem

Hi all!

I've installed Microsoft Antispyware Beta 1 on two of my
computers. After installing, I noticed that neither
computer will enter standby mode. When I disable MS AS,
my computer is then able to enter standby. Has anyone
else seen a problem like this?

I suspect that there may be a contention between MS AS
and my AV program, but I'm not sure.

Which build are you running, .501? I remember earlier during the beta
persons experienced such problems with earlier build of MSAS.
