windows xp sp3 with Juno ISP with Internet Explorer

Recently, I purchased an HP printer because my other printer died. While
using the new printer ,a key got stuck.I'm not sure which key. At Staples,
they replaced the keyboard on my Compaq Presario 2500. This was'nt enough so
they reinstalled windows service pack 3. I originally had an older version of
Windows XP on my computer. I currently, have to try many times to get online
with Juno with Windows XP SP3. Also, I get booted off with the splash box
saying 'Internet Explorer has encountered an error- "Send" or "Do not send" a
message '. I would like to know if there is a patch for Windows xp sp3 or
should I change some settings on my Filemate USB modem or both. I can't use
the serial port on my modem because 3 years ago a lightning storm knocked it
out. Thanks

I think you should either take the computer back to Staples, take it to
another & more-reliable local shop, and/or replace your computer.
