Windows XP SP1 or SP1a

I have a computer with XP that doesn't have internet
access. I need to upgrade tp SP1a. It isn't possible to
download to removable media because setup requires an
internet connection. Is there a CD available from
Microsoft or a third party with Sp1 or Sp1a on it? How do
I get one? I've looked all over www.microsoft.com and
haven't seen anything available other than a download.

if you go to a newsagent and look at the various magazines that come with
CDs there is a good chance that one of them will have the SP on it.
