Windows XP sharing

I just bought a new computer with XP already installed,
so no XP disc. Is there any way i can install XP on my
old PC which is currently running windows 98? If so, how?

No, one license, one computer.
The way it has always been since at least Windows 95.
If you want Windows XP on the other computer, you need to buy Windows
XP for that computer.
