Windows XP Scroll Bar

Hi When,
I just loaded Windows XP and now when I click on the
scroll bar in Internet Explorer the page jumps much
further than when I had Windows ME. Most times I have to
back up to read the text that I missed.
Any suggestions where I can set this? This is not
reltaed to the use of the scroll wheel.
