Just use a blank password.

wot do you mean blank password? its asking what the password is.. not asking
me to type a new password. i don't this adminstrators password so wot am i
suppose to do??
plus i think the reason why windows isn't starting up cos of the primary
slave drive. when ever i boot the computer it say pri slave not detected. i
don't what happened.. i was using the computer and it did the checking of the
FAT32 system for consistency but i accidently pulled the plug and computer
switched off.. when i switched it back on again it wouldn't load up windows
and said that msg about the pri slave.
so if i bought a recovery disk do you think it will return to normal?? or
would i have to take it to someone for repairs??

She meant to just hit enter.
If you have an OEM computer, and your restoration method is with and OEM
"recovery" CD, then that would give you normal OS software again. But, your
files would be gone, your settings would be gone, and you would have to
reinstall your applications and updates.

Assuming you didn't set a password on this account, assume it's blank
and just hit enter.

Also, please reply to your already existing post. Many people,
reading this post, will have no idea what your first post was about.
Further, by starting a new thread, you have now fragmented the
original discussion and it is bound to go off in different directions.

I've never seen the prompt that you're describing. Typically the files in the I386 folder are compressed (not zipped), and are there for the purposes of basic driver installation and adding Windows Components from Add/Remove Programs. Few of the files in I386 will actually run. You should have given it C:\Windows\System32, as that's where the executable version of AUTOCHK.EXE resides.
