windows xp pro activation

4 months after recieving windows genuine advantage kit for win xp pro my pc
crashed and after rebooting it says you need to activate windows before you
can log on so I click to activate now and the pc logs out and in againwith
the same you need to activate windows before you can log onand it seems to be
in a loopso I cant activate. I have tried a repair with win xp pro disk but
still the same. I would rather not format but it looks like its the only
thing I can do. anybody out ther help please.

i have purchased win xp pro edition install and activate also at frist time
but due to some reason i have formated my pc after that i tried to activate
by phone also but its not activated i dont have activation code also so i
have installation id ie
088612-056885-980260-036304-156186-516721-429623-164671-657013 pls send
activation no pls do need as early as possible today is last day
