windows XP My Recent Documents

How do I clear all the files out of the file folder in my start menu called-
My Recent Documents.
Without having to delete them one at a time.

One method is to download TweakUi for Windows XP at the following link:
http://windowsxp.mvps.org/tweakui.htm

Once installed, I believe there is a paranoia tab which allows you to clear
out the recent documents either manually whenever you want, or whenever you
start up/log off. I don't have it on my PC at work, so I cannot confirm that
everything I have said is 100% correct, but I have certainly used it in the
past.
