Windows XP Media Player Not Responding

I just got a new Dell Computer and it came with Windows Media Player 10.0 and
MusicMatch Jukebox installed. When I open and start working in either one
they freeze up and I get a "this program is not responding" error. Can I
uninstall XP Media Player and download a new copy from the website for free?
Does Media Player need Jukebox (or vice versa) in order to function properly?

In that your PC is new from Dell, suggest you contact them for tech support
either by phone or on the Net. Tinkering with settings could void your
warranty.
WMP10 is the latest version, thus it should work. Do no uninstall WMP. Music
Match Jukebox can be uninstalled, but both shoud work properly.

i also just purchased a new dell computer with music match jukebox. i am
also having problems with it. i can not download tracks that i purchased. I
have called Dell and they tell me its not a hardware issue so I will have to
pay for software support.
