Windows XP - joined to 2003 Server Domain - Login Screen

Hi

I have windows xp joined to 2003 server through a domain. However on
windows xp, the Luna desktop themes is not there - it appears to square like
windows classic. No smooth corners appear - just boxes.

Is there any way of changing the theme so that windows xp luna theme appears
on the login screen

first thing is to ask the network administrator.
