Windows XP Home will not let me turn it back on.

When I go to ISP properties advanced tab all it Windows can not display the
properties of this connection the (WMI) information might be corrupted. No I
did have Norton but it slowed me do way to much so I removed it. Now I am
having this problem .I had Norton on for about 3 years. My firewall worked
before that so when it stopped I do not know. After I removed Norton I had to
start Security Center in 'Services.msc', It worked for a little bit then said
it was turned off.

It sounds like there is some corruption in your configuration. You are
likely going to be best served by finding a local computer specialist who
can help you. If you do want to dive into it yourself there is a
diagnostics tool for Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) available at:
