Windows XP Home Urgent help needed PLZ

When i load my computer an error message says: Error
loading C:\WINDOWS\System32\msiefr40.dll Access is
Denied.
I just click on OK and nothing happens but i want to make
sure that, that error doesnt appear anymore.
Please Help.
