Windows XP Home Installation problem

I had to un-install and re-install the win-xp home upgrade. Before I can
re-install I need to manually delete a program called Microsoft Shared Fax
Client. I checked the add/remove programs list and it is not there. My
current OS is WIN 98 SE.

Somebody help me here if I am wrong, but it is either in Windows Components
(one of the tabs of Add/Remove Programs) or part of Office (Outlook)...
