Windows XP Explorer annoyance

Does anyone know how to change the following setting in Windows XP Explorer - my network drives appear as
sharename on 'blah blah file server (servername)' (drive letter
and I would like to change it so it appears
sharename on 'servername' (drive letter) - which is how is appears under Windows 200

Windows XP seems to put in a description of the file server as well as the name of the file server, whereas Windows 2000 just has the name of the file server. Having the description just makes it too long and I can't see the drive letter without widening the view. I guess I could rename each network drive but I have loads and it would take ages

Any help greatly appreciated

Thanks

Highlight the drive, press F2 for rename and rename the network share.
