Windows XP and .NET

Could any one please let me know if future versions of windows XP will come preinstalled with the .NET Framework
If so, would you happen to know where I could find the relevant article

Without any inside knowledge of the internal thoughts of Microsoft I assum
that all OS-releases after WindowsXP will come with .NET framework preinstalled
The Windows2003 version of the OS has the framework installed.

Unless the "XP Reloaded" becomes a new release (currently just an SP), you
will not see a new OS until Longhorn, which will be preloaded with .NET 2.0
(or later).
