WINDOWS XP ACTIVATION

Hi

I am running Windows XP Pro and have two external hard drives which I switch
on as and when required,

I am constantly being required to re-activate Windows because it states that
my hardware has changed significantly. My hardware has always been the same
since I bought Windows XP Pro. Just wonder is anyone knows of any way round
these constant requests to 'Reactivate'

Will be grateful for any help.

Hi

Very many thanks for your response. I am very new to all of this and I
apologise if this sounds a bit silly.

Do I type these two lines in when I get the request to reactivate again or
can I do it any time?

I will be so grateful if this solves my problems and I have had the request
ot reactivate each time I have switched my machine on for the last three days.

Regards

Wendy

Do it now. Hopefully that will stop the request from appearing again.

The little program "wpa_kill.exe" works very well on Windows XP
Pro with SP1a, and, I assume, on straight XP Home or XP Pro. You
can find it on the Internet. Install the OS, run the program, and
activation won't bother you.
