Windows Won't Start

Hi. I restarted windows and now i keep getting the screen
asking if i want to start in safe mode. I always select
start with last working configuration. It starts loading
and then restarts. It will only load in safe mode. I
didnt install anything and I did a full restart, i didn't
just hit the restart button on the PC. Thanks
