Windows wont start

My WIN2000 Pro wont boot nornally. When I boot insafe
mode I get this error: "Invalid VxD dynamic link call to
device number 3 service B. Your Windows configuration is
invalid. Run the Windows setip program again to correc
this problem."

How do I run Windows Setup Program and what could cause
this?

if i were you, i would do the installation over again. something did not
go right during your installation, it was probably a driver install.
