Sorry to hear that. I just now clicked the download button for the Word doc and it gave me no problem at all. I assume that you referring to the pair of download buttons on the site.
the download does not work.
clicking on the XPS version it changes to another screen and just sits there. no hour glass. no progress bar. nothing.

This happens because Internet Explorer / the XPS Viewer is downloading the document in the background (which seems to take a little while).

leaving it in an IE window and continuing work, it eventually downloaded.
was able to save a copy to look at later.

would have been nice to see some kind of progress indicator to let a person know it was working.

Yes Kristan , but why it downloads in the background, because IE is the viewer?
WHen i clicked on the download button for downloading (XPS format), i also
got confused as nothing seems to happen , but after looking at the network
icon in system tray, i could see the activity & make it its doing it in the
background. Later i have to copy the file from Internet temp. file.
While when tried from other browser, it opened a window asking to save the
file.

Is this because IE is the XPS document reader , so it dnlds in background?
