Can anyone help with this??
I cannot correctly open the help & support file on the above, if I click on any item within the file I receive a notepad document with what appears to be lines of program code, have been in touch with HP the manufacturer and they are unable to solve, have found microsoft article 917607 and attempted the fix detailed with no joy.
The machine was ok before windows automatic updates were downloaded but has been a problem since, have restored to factory default twice but problems return, have scanned for virus bit nothing shows.
Any help appreciated!!
