Windows Vista Does not executes Windows Live Messenger...

Hi: Reboot Kid FL here

I have a customer who recently bought a new Laptop, and Windows Vista Home
Premium Edition doesn't lets him execute Windows Live Messenger. I'm
insisting that he might had forgot something on his password or something,
but he assurers me that he's entering the right password and that theres no
problem with his internet connection. Thanks for any help you may give.
