Windows Vista Business Upgrade

I have a media center PC with Vista Home premium already on it. I cannot
upgrade it to Business. To get the businsess features on my work PC leaves
me with my only option beins Ultimate. That, my friend, is whre the problem
is.

Prior to Vista all operating system were a full non upgrade version. I
always use a clean install for all machines because I have always had major
issues on any Microsoft OS install.
