Windows Updates

[T-Rex]

Is there anyway to backup the updates I download from
microsoft? I tend to format my hard drive more than I
should, and I'm on dial-up, so it takes quite a while to
re-download all the critical and recommended updates. It
would be great if there was a way to back them up to CD
or whatever so that I never have to download them again.

(http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/) and click on the Catalog link.
You can see all of the available updates there. Additionally:
