HI
I'VE DOWNLOADED ALL THE UPDATES FOR MY COMPUTER AND KEPT
THEM IN A FOLDER.BUT THE PROPLEM IS THAT I DON'T KNOW HOW
TO INSTALL THEM.PLEASE HELP ME ABOUT THIS.

Did you categorize the updates into folders, i.e.
Recommended, and Critical? The easiest way to install is
go back to Windows update and scan your computer again.
Write down the numbers of all the updates then go to the
folder which contains the updates you downloaded. Match
the numbers you've written down to the ones in the folder
and just double click each update to start the install.
When asked to reboot after each install select NO.
Reboot after you have them all.
