I have tried to install the following update from the
update site but every time it fails. I have never had
trouble with updating before. Any ideas?

Try one of two things:

First, check to be sure the PC's date and time are correct; if not
correct, fix it and try again.

If it still doesn't work, go to c:\windows\system32 and find a file
catroot2 and rename it to something else. Then reboot and download and
install the update.
