windows update installs and installs and

Windows updater downloaded and installed a security
update (KB835732) - it appeared to be installed. Each
time I restart the PC, I am told the same update has been
downloaded and to reinstall.

Has the update been installed and how do I stop this
reappearing. I am using Home XP with administrators rights
