I am having a couple of problems, first one is that when try and use windows
update, the updates always fail to install.
When it first happened, they all downloaded but then they would fail to
install.
If I go to the windows update site and tick the updates, they select ok but
the size always stays at 0.
Other problem is with windows firewall, the exceptions settings do not work.
for example if I have windows firewall on and I try and access the net with
my ftp client I cant. If I add the program to the exceptions settings ,
still no joy.
If I turn off windows firewall then the ftp client can access the internet.
Anyone know how I can go about finding the reasons to these two issues.
