Windows Update Error - XP Pro

Error Reads:

Windows Update Error
Windows Update has encountered an error and cannot
display the requested page.

Error code: 0x800A138F

This is a legal copy of XP Pro and I am very diligent in
making sure that all updates are done. Could not find an
article in Technet (may just be my search skills).

This error occures after i click on scan for updates.

Please help!
