Windows Taskbar is on display while gaming???

I've just had a new PC built and I've started gaming on it. (Warhammer Dawn of War)

However, when I am in play mode the Windows Taskbar is still on display at the bottom of the screen.

Also, in the top right hand corner of the screen is the red close button. So the game is being played within a window.

It's really strange because it doesn't do this on my sisters PC.

Is there a setting that needs to be adjusted???

Try pressing ALT+Enter when in the game, as that is often a shortcut for full-screen mode.

If that doesnt work, check the in game options to stop the game running in a window. If it is doing this without the option to disable it, try updating your graphics drivers to the latest version.
