windows/system32 folder on boot

I've tried the VBSript option and expected Registry Value was not found. I
have quotations ("") in the specified Registry Keys under the DATA column but
is this the quotation issue? Example: I have Name, Type (which are all
REG_SZ) and under DATA is "C:\Program Files\Common
Files\Ahead\Lib\NMBgMonitor.exe". I have some with something after the
quotations: "C:\PROGRA~1\Yahoo!MESSEN~\YAHOOM~1.EXE"-quiet. I do have lines
under DATA with no quotations but 10 in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\.... and 4 in
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\... that do begin with the quotation mark. Are these the
quotation marks mentioned that should NOT be present that may be the cause of
this problem? If so, will just removing the quotation marks be safe to
remove and the solution. Thanks.

This site is referred to a lot from many people helping to solve this same
problem. Unfortunately I can't see the causes in the "HKEY_..." locations of
my registry mentioned but that doesn't mean much if I am not looking
correctly. I wonder why a patch or fix has not been created to resolve this
especially one for the Registry since it is the go-to problem area and
somewhat of a dangerous place to poke around for the novice. I'm curious to
know exactly what some have done to actually fix this. I've let it go for
awhile but have come back to this problem hoping for cure but amazingly
nothing new. I appreciate your wisdom, help, and any other ideas to correct
this. Thank you, Gary.

1. Check you Startup folder in All Programs. See if there is any entry of
System32 foler.
2. Click Start - Run - type MSCONFIG and press Enter key. Click the Startup
tab and uncheck any unsual entry which is point to System32 folder. Be
careful, as your Anti-Virus softwares entries maybe referring to System32
folder. Do not uncheck them.

Is this the exact problem, which you mention in your Subject line. Is the
folder is still opening after you login.
