Windows SysLog Deamon ?????

Need to know what, if any, products will run on a Win2k Server that includes
a SysLogD deamon, write the logs to a SQL 2000 server and have the ability
to view the logs, compress/purge the database, etc.

Any insight or a place to start looking would be great.
