Windows start up sound fx

I was wanting to know if its possible to make my windows start up sound fx a
sound bite? ex: when windows starts up intead of hearing the default sound
effect, make it a sound bite frome willy wonka and the chocolate factory.

Sure.

Go to Start | Settings | Control Pael | Sounds and Audio Devices. On teh
Sounds tab, scroll down to Start Windows, and browse to any wav file on your
computer.

Be careful with this knowledge, it can become habit forming. Things
have never been the same around here since I changed my start-up to
"Hail to the Chief" and a cannon shot ......
