After installing the Microsoft Antispyware software, I get the following
messages:
A Windows shell browser requires your approval and An Internet Explorer Web
browser object requires your approval. No sure what that is so I give it
approval. Next time I log on, the same messages appear and I give it
approval. Only happens when I first log on to my account in Windows XP home
edition. Should I block this and then would the messages go away. How
should I handle this?? I have no clue what applications are doing this. Any
help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi HanSolo,

You can Enable or Disabled.

If you are running SP2, open IE--->Tools--->Manage Add-ons, and uncheck any
BHO's that you don't recºgnize.

You can also use the System Explorers in Microsoft Antispyware to look at
BHO's and block them--it also shows known and unknown fºr BHO's..

I hope this post is helpful, let us know how it works ºut.

I looked at Add-ons and didn't see anything unusual. After blocking the
request, it tells me now that browseui.dll is blocked. It doesn't look like
a harmfull dll but I'm not sure. Also, can't see where you can unblock it
again if you want to. The messages disappear so quickly, therefore I can't
see what's happening. Any additonal help would be greatly appreciated.
