Windows Server 2003 ISO - broken?

We downloaded Windows Server 2003 ISO from MS MSDN site,
but after we burned a CD we could't install it. It
said "File not found" when we run a Setup. From Help We
rad thet we should run I386\Winnt.exe, but in this
directory there are no any .exe or .but files. Is it
broken ISO on MS Download page?

No, I installed Enterprise twice from the MSDN ISO.

Try re-burning it at a slower speed
