Windows Security Center service stopped?

I have none of the security essentials anymore. I only have the categories
under manage security settings for: Firewall, internet options, and automatic
updates.
How can i turn it back on to get the rest of the stuff like it was before.

Services are controlled under "Computer Management" in Control Panel.

HST, the Security Center doesn't actually _do_ anything, it's just a nagger
to persuade users to improve their security.

If you want to improve the security:
Get a more secure Web-browser such as Firefox or Opera.
Keep your virus defintions updated.
Make sure theWindows Firewall is turned on. (Or use a third-party product,
but for a desktop the builtin one is perfectly adequate)
