That because it is Microsoft AntiSPYWARE. Where in that product's title
do you see the word "virus"? If you want an anti-virus product, go get
one.

That's not a bug.
Microsoft Anti-Spyware is NOT an anti-virus.

There is a difference AntiSpyware and AntiVirus, Norton AntiVirus is an
example of an Antivirus product.
