windows script 5.6

I have to constantly install windows script 5.6 to be able to go to Hotmail,
or have any programs that use scripts to function properly. I think I
noticed the problem after I installed Norton IS 2005. How can this be fixed
so I dont have to install script 5.6 after every boot?

As a guess try switching of script blocking in Norton IS 2005. I think it is
on by default.
