Windows restarts evrytime I try to install a driver of any kind

If I put a disc in my cd-rom drive to load my printer or monitor drivers or
any driver for that matter, the cd spins and it will say initializing set up
wizard and then it will just 'restart'.

Please help! Ihave windows servicepack two OEM disc. Cant even load mt
microsoft keyboard. Using an old HP keybord w/ps2 conn.

System: nvidia NF4UL-A9 mb,seagate 7200.10 320GB,Samsung monitor,AMD 3500
venice chip

Hi,

Hold down the shift key to prevent autoplaying the Cd. Then browse for the
files and run setup. are you able to do that.
