Windows Registry error message upon start up

I have Windows XP Home Ed. with Svs Pk 2 installed. Upon startup I get the
following message: Windows cannot find 'C:\WINDOWS\inet20004\services.exe'.
Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again. To search for a
file, click the Start button, and then click Search.
The next windows says something like reinstall the file or remove it from
the registry. what is this inet 20004 services.exe file and yes it has 3 "0"
in it, is this leftover from a trojan? Thanking you in advance.

My system does not have such a folder. I suspect that you have malware
still on your system.

Thanks Ricky - looks like I have a problem on my hands. Would it do any harm
if I left the registry alone and just clicked OK and OK to the Windows error
message windows? I've printed out the instructions to edit the Registry.
