Windows Rebooting continously

hi,
my windows keeps on rebooting seconds after it comes to the desktop,
it says NT/AUTHORITY,
C:/WINDOWS/system code/services.exe terminated unexpectedly -1073741819

Can anyone please help me...

Try booting to Save Mode by pressing F8 several times just as XP is about to
start.

Did you install any hardware or software right or just before the problem
started?

That folder name "system code" is very suspicious. Normally the
Windows component file services.exe is put into the System32 folder.

If you can get the computer to boot into Safe Mode as Jaymon suggested
then use Windows Explorer to verify that the legitimate services.exe
file is in the \Windows\System32 folder and then go to the
\Windows\System Code folder and delete the services.exe file found
there (or rename it to services.jnk so it will not execute).

hi,
Yes i did install a Tv tuner card drivers and a pci modem and maybe thats
why this problem is happening.

My box has no directory c:\windows\system code

I suspect malware.
