Windows Prompt for Incoming Call

Using Windows 2000 Professional, I connect to my dial-up
ISP. While I'm dialed into my ISP, if I receiving an
incoming call, is there a configuration so that I can be
notified of the "incoming voice phone call?" If so, how
do I configure this?
