Group- If anyone can help with my daughters problems to
correct or recommend solutions to use, purchase, other
that w/b great.
Machine: Dell Latitude CPX-H laptop
Running on Windows 2000 Professional

Problems occurring:
1. Search feature on menu missing to show for files or
folders? Not active?
2. Error of WN connect fatal error
3. RPC server not available?
4. Copy and Paste feature only allows us to select copy
and when try to paste to another drive, cd, floppy, flash
drive the paste feature is not active?
5. On start up we need to reboot to a restart to get
windows to open the desktop, otherwise on normal startup
just hangs up.

All of our software and files are there but these flaky
things are occurring?

Try logging on as a new user. Possibly spyware and or virus issues. As
always check Event Viewer and Device Manager for errors and or non-starting
devices.
